Worked with a Gumstix Linux computer to develop a system to calculate data loss in flash memory due to unceremonious power loss. This involved programming the Gumstix computer to read characters in and write them to memory, then a transistor circuit would cut power to the computer. Upon reboot the file on the Gumstix would be read and compared to the master file from the server computer.
